We have founded IASA(International Apnea Spearfishing Association) which is very rare spearfishing educational institution in the world. 
There are two certification levels from 1 to 5 which are Skindiver and Spearfisher, you need to be certified as Skindiver Level 2 to join Spearfisher Level 1 course but you can stay only Skindiver as your personal choice.
We still need a lot of steps to become a good shape as organization but we are working on step by step.
IASA purpose is to help people "Become one with Ocean". Its a guide line to learn skindiving and spearfishing with safety instructions, Not as competitive way, but as leisure.
